Each session comprises 3 core elements - fitness and health activities (yoga, strength training, running, breathwork); ice baths and curated networking activities.
What do you mean by curated networking activities?
No, beginners are welcome! Our instructors will guide you step by step, ensuring you learn the basics before advancing to higher levels.
What should I wear for my first class?
Comfortable workout clothes are fine for beginners. Once you enroll, we’ll guide you on the proper uniform and gear needed for training.
Is martial arts training safe?
Yes! Safety is our priority. Our instructors emphasize proper technique and controlled practice to minimize the risk of injuries.
How often should I train to see progress?
Training at least 2-3 times per week is recommended for steady improvement. However, progress depends on consistency, effort, and personal goals.
